Monday Morning Twitter Pages – Territorial Cup Edition

On a sunny and mild third Saturday in November, the state of Arizona turned its attention to Tempe and Sun Devil Stadium for the 89th Territorial Cup game.  The Sun Devils, needing one more win to become bowl eligible, came out aggressively on both sides of the ball and took control of the game from the onset.  While U of A may have pulled within eight points in the 4th quarter, Todd Graham’s attacking defense forced a third string quarterback to throw a pair of pick six interceptions that sealed the win for the Devils.   Off the field, the fans in Tempe dominated the rivalry by successfully defending the ‘A’, created a fake Prop. 200 petition in Tucson, and spoofed a Tucson news station with a fake story about their ‘A’ being painted.  The Sun Devils now turn their focus to the Cal Bears as they look to finish the season on a three game winning streak.  In honor of all things that make the rivalry so great, I now present a week of#hAte in all of its Twitter glory.

About Kevin Camp

Kevin Camp

Kevin is a '96 Sun Devil grad of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Contrary to his last name, Kevin is not one to stay in one place too long. Kevin has called Washington, Arizona, Utah, and again Arizona home since his days at ASU nearly 20 years ago. A passion for photography in his spare time turned to a great opportunity to shoot Sun Devil sporting events. He has photographed Sun Devils football at Camp T, Tempe practices, Utah, and Colorado while shooting some basketball and baseball as the teams visited Utah. Now that Kevin resides in Flagstaff, he is looking forward to reigniting the family tradition of Camp T with his wife and son. Kevin is also the VP of the ASU Alumni Association Flagstaff club.
