It’s been a rough and bumpy road predicting the Pac-12 Conference over the years. This time around however, our staff hit up many books, preview magazines, social media, and beat reports to fill out their predictions on how they think the 2015 Pac-12 season will shake up both for the Sun Devils and the eleven other members of the conference.
It was a clean sweep with each of our four staffers picking the Oregon Ducks to defend their Pac-12 North crown. In terms of surprises, Don Hansen raised some eyebrows picking the 2014 8-win Washington Huskies to once again go bowling this season while the rest of the staff sees them joining the Washington State Cougars as the bottom dwellers.
ASU was the favorite in the Pac-12 South, but once again Don breaks from the norm predicting a four-way tie at the top with ASU, UCLA, USC, and Utah all finishing with identical conference records.
Rob and Kevin are going with the good guys, selecting the Devils to win their first conference championship of the new Pac-12 era, while Don Hansen and Gary Doran have the Ducks winning the trophy for a third time since 2011.
